Hacking the Automotive Industry

His specialty workshop entitled, “Hacking the Automotive Industry,” examined recent information security and hacking threats to the automotive industry. The workshop also explored the underlying issues that cause security risks and practical ways to mitigate against these threats. Specific topics covered included car hacks, industrial espionage, and access to company trade secrets. Attendees learned best practices to maintain large databases of information and protect their customers and profits.
