Jeffrey M. Gaba, an of counsel partner in the Firm’s environmental practice group, will present “The Paris Agreement on Climate Change: America’s International ‘Obligations’ to Address Global Warming” at the Dallas Bar Association’s Environmental Law Section meeting.
Mr. Gaba will discuss The Paris Agreement and its global implications. The history of global warming conferences and the importance of the U.S. and China partnership leading up to the agreement will also be discussed.
