Gardere litigation partner James G. (Jay) Munisteri will participate in the panel discussion “Being a Better Expert Witness: Real Property Mock Trial” at the American Society of Appraisers 2017 International Appraisers Conference.
The panel, which consists of expert attorneys who specialize in real estate cases, will provide a mock trial evaluating the reasonableness of questionable single-family dwelling appraisal. Real estate appraisers will have the opportunity to observe and understand how to improve their expert witness skills.
