Inside Counsel Webcast
14 September 2017
Gardere CIO Ken Orgeron and co-chair of the internet, eCommerce and technology practice group, Peter Vogel, will participate in a webcast Sept. 14 at 2 p.m. EST to discuss how to proactively mitigate eDiscovery risk from social communications.

Some of this communication never touches a corporate network; however, all of them are a potential source of eDiscovery risk in the event of litigation.
Additional details about the webcast and registration are available here.
