AHLA Fraud & Compliance Forum

Foley Partner Lawrence Vernaglia, Industry Team Chair and a member of the Health Care Industry Team, will be presenting at this year’s AHLA Fraud & Compliance Forum in Baltimore, MD, on Thursday, September 26^th at 5:15pm, with a repeat session on Friday the 27^th at 2:30pm ET. His presentation, titled “Risk Assessment Surrounding Provider-Based Status and Outpatient Hospital Services,” will focus on recommendations for risk assessment and auditing provider-based entities, key challenges with site-neutrality, and other fraud and abuse considerations in provider-based entities.
