She will be joined by Tami Johnson, Sr. Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Kindred Healthcare, and the two will discuss the role that risk assessments play in meeting the expectations for effective compliance programs included in the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines, compliance guidelines issued by the Department of Justice, and, as applicable, the Department of Health and Human Services.
