Foley Partners Christopher Cain and Ethan Lenz authored an article titled, “CYA: Cover Your (Vendor) Agreements,” in the November 12, 2009 issue of Networking Computing. The attorneys discuss a number of different insurance products that may be available to protect against loss arising from IT-related risks. They note that it is important for the IT professional to have some understanding of the relevant types of insurance products available in order to craft appropriate insurance-related protection for their vendor agreements.
