Partner Brian Potts authored an opinion editorial piece for Forbes that was published on March 25, 2014, titled, “The EPA Doesn’t Have The Legal Authority To Adopt Its New Power Plant Climate Rules.” The article is a follow-up piece to an assertion that Potts made in an article he wrote for the Yale Journal on Regulation arguing that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency cannot adopt its planned climate rule for existing power plants.
