Partners Gardner Davis and John Wolfel have written a Bloomberg Law Securities Regulation & Law Report article, “The Changing Landscape of Delaware Appraisal Rights,” about a series of court rulings and statutory amendments designed in response to a recent flood of appraisal litigation. Those changes should make appraisal less attractive to speculators and return these actions to more traditional levels, they contend.
