The panel presentation is titled Settling for More: Managing an Enforcement Action to Your Agency’s Benefit. Ms. Benfield and other panelists explored some of the reasons settlement can benefit a clean water agency, as well as the role of supplemental environmental projects (SEPs) and citizen groups in the litigation process.
