Foley's NDI Executive Exchange, a national forum where prominent corporate governance leaders continued the in-depth, interactive peer group discussion that began with our first Executive Exchange in 2011, was held in Chicago on November 14, 2012. Our in-person, invitation-only Executive Exchange connected C-level executives and board directors of public companies in a roundtable setting to share the issues that matter most to their business and candidly discuss real-world solutions for effective governance. Nell Minow, Co-Owner and Director, GMI Ratings, Inc. was the featured speaker on Key Governance Trends for 2013. Included below are program materials and highlights.
