Foley Partner Bryan House was the sole presenter of the CLE-accredited program “Minority Shareholder Litigation and the Importance of Special Litigation Committees,” sponsored by the Civil Litigation Section of the Milwaukee Bar Association on February 13, 2014, at the Milwaukee Bar Center. The presentation focused on litigation under Chapter 180 of Wisconsin’s Statutes, otherwise known as the “Wisconsin Business Corporation Law.”
