Invitation-Only Event: For more information, contact Karen Larkin at klarkin@foley.com. Our 18th annual National Directors Institute (NDI) Executive Exchange, a national forum where prominent corporate governance leaders will continue the in-depth, interactive peer group discussion that began with our first NDI in 2002.

For more than a decade, Foley’s National Directors Institute has been the forum of choice for business leaders looking to explore the latest developments in the corporate finance and governance landscape. As you navigate the legal risks arising from increasing governmental regulation and reform and shareholder activism, count on NDI’s series of interactive programs to help keep you on target.

Board of the Year Awards

In conjunction with our 18th annual National Directors Institute, Foley held the seventh annual Board of the Year award program and recognized three outstanding boards of directors during the NDI Executive Exchange Dinner held on November 14, 2019. The winners were Public Company BOY – Douglas Dynamics, Inc., Private Company BOY – Sasser Family Companies, and Non-Profit BOY – OneBlood.
