Their webinar will cover the overview of Medicaid financing principles, provide a summary of proposed CMS financing changes, including to permissible provider taxes, upper payment limit payments, and sourcing for the non-federal share, as well as going over the new proposed transparency and reporting requirements for Medicaid providers.
