Dallas Partner Chris Converse served as lead counsel for a360inc in its recapitalization with Chicago-based Knox Capital, Orix Capital Partners, and Morgan Stanley. The recapitalization will allow Carrollton-based a360inc, a legal and financial services technology company, to expand and pursue acquisitions in the technology and services industry.
In addition to Converse, Milwaukee Partner Gregg Dooge, Detroit Senior Counsel Jonathan Witt and Dallas Associates Arthur Vorbrodt and Kate Foley were on the Foley team.
