Chelsea Hilliard, senior counsel in Foley’s Dallas office, has been selected as a 2021 Best Lawyer Under 40 by D Magazine. The list recognizes outstanding young lawyers in the North Texas area based on nominations from their peers.
An experienced litigator, Hilliard focuses her practice on high-stakes business disputes in a wide range of industries and regions. She has particular experience in securities litigation, including representing hedge funds, former shareholders, brokers and other financial-sector clients in investor and counter-party disputes. Hilliard has represented clients in matters involving breaches of contract, fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty, and shareholder disputes, among an array of other legal issues.
