The article addresses the Supreme Court’s ruling in eBay Inc. v. MercExchange, which requires that a patent holder suing for patent infringement in order to permanently stop a defendant from making, selling or using an infringing product must go through the same four-part analysis that is applied in any other case in order to get a permanent injunction.
