Guide to U.S. Discovery for Japanese Businesses

Partner Etsuo Doi and Associate Masahiro Tanabe authored a book titled “Guide to U.S. Discovery for Japanese Businesses.” The book was published in Japan by Japan Institute for Promoting Invention and Innovation. It is the first comprehensive U.S. discovery guide book in Japanese and provides practical tips on U.S. litigation discovery for Japanese business.
