Juergens is an intellectual property litigator who regularly represents clients across diverse industries and technologies in patent, trademark, trade dress, false advertising, unfair competition, copyright, and trade secret litigation throughout the United States. She also provides counsel on intellectual property portfolios, advising companies on strategic ways to best protect all aspects of their businesses, and has extensive experience practicing in forums throughout the United States, including litigation in front of the International Trade Commission.
