フォーリー・アンド・ラードナー法律事務所は、象徴的なカジュアルダイニングおよびスポーツバーチェーンであるフーターズ・オブ・アメリカ合同会社に対し、2025年3月31日に米国テキサス州北部地区破産裁判所へ提出された連邦破産法第11章に基づく破産手続きに関連し、共同破産弁護士として支援を提供している。

The proceedings involve the restructuring of approximately $380 million in funded debt. The company commenced these Chapter 11 cases with a Restructuring Support Agreement, receiving near-unanimous support from its key stakeholders. The agreement provides for $40 million of debtor-in-possession financing from certain of its existing lenders and $35 million in new capital.
