Trevor Mills works in our Business Law Department as part of our Transactions Practice Group.  As a summer associate, Trevor performed due diligence on several deals, created formation documents, researched venture capital investment trends, and shadowed client meetings. He also drafted and reviewed numerous transactional documents including stock transfers, shareholder agreements and other ancillary documents.
