Eric Blumrosen serves as the lead attorney in assisting his clients with sophisticated corporate and business needs, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions. Eric is hired by entrepreneurs, businesses owners, C-suite executives general counsel, and foreign investors for not only his expert legal advice, but for his extensive business experience and sound judgment. Since 1984, Eric has worked on numerous corporate, securities, financing, mergers and acquisitions, workout and private equity matters for wide ranges of clients, including public and private companies, entrepreneurs boards of directors, board committees, executive officers, underwriters, private equity funds and private equity portfolio companies. In recent years, Eric has counseled clients in cross border transitions and foreign investors looking to invest in the U.S. Eric has represented private equity funds in making investments in portfolio companies, as well as private equity-funded portfolio companies in various capacities, including corporate and securities transactions and matters. Additionally, he has assisted public company clients with corporate finance through public and private offerings of equity and debt, securities reporting and compliance (including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance), mergers and acquisitions, and executive compensation matters. He has also counseled boards of directors and board committees on corporate governance matters. Eric’s clients have operated in a diverse range of industries, including energy, consulting, construction, logistic solutions, manufacturing, fabrication, chemical, medical device, staffing and healthcare.
Eric is a member of the firm's Management Committee. From 2013 through 2016, Eric previously served as the firm's vice chair of the board of directors and has served as a member of the board of directors for over 12 years.
