After a 17-day trial, obtained victory on claims for breach of fiduciary duty and dismissal of all counterclaims in AAA arbitration, resulting in full ownership of the business and a significant damages award.
- Represented nutraceutical company in a business divorce with crossclaims for breach of contract, fraud, and other business torts. Obtained a favorable settlement that resulted in ownership of the business and essential intellectual property.
- Represented packaging company in a dispute over board composition and company control. Obtained a favorable settlement reinstating our client to the company board.
