Jasmine Esmailbegui represents clients throughout the full life cycle of commercial real estate transactions. She represents a broad range of stakeholders, including sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants on matters involving acquisitions, dispositions, real estate leasing, and real estate due diligence, including deal management through closing. A primary focus of her practice is the senior housing industry, where she represents owners, operators, investors, and developers in connection with the development, acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and licensing of senior housing facilities.

Jasmine began her legal career at Foley. Prior to re-joining Foley, Jasmine spent three years as vice president and real estate counsel for a publicly traded real estate investment trust primarily focused on the retail industry, where she negotiated standard real estate transaction documents, performed real estate due diligence, and advised on all aspects associated with acquisition and disposition transactions as well as asset, risk, and contract management matters. In Jasmine’s time as vice president and real estate counsel, she developed a strong knowledge base in sale-leaseback transactions.
