Troy Fossett is an associate and business lawyer based in the firm’s Denver office, where he is a member of the Transactions Practice Group. He represents emerging growth companies and investors, advising on matters ranging from corporate formation to exit. His focus includes corporate governance, private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, technology transactions, as well as general day-to-day business matters. Troy’s experience spans multiple industries, with particular emphasis on technology, energy, and life sciences. Prior to joining Foley, Troy served as a judicial intern at the U.S. District Court, District of Colorado.
