Overview
Jenn Guzman is an associate in the Business Law Department with Foley & Lardner LLP. Jenn is based in the Orlando office where she is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Jenn is admitted only in Colorado and New York. She is not admitted in Florida.
Jenn’s practice focuses on commercial real estate, finance, acquisition and disposition, and corporate lease agreements in both the single site and multi-site context. She has extensive experience advising domestic and international asset managers, lenders, REITs, and developers on sophisticated real estate transactions regularly involving assets in the hospitality, industrial, office, multifamily, and retail sectors to provide value-added results for her clients’ business goals. In her practice, Jenn also works together with her clients in the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and other business structures necessary to conduct real estate transactions.
