ローラ・J・ゲージはフォリー・アンド・ラーダーナー法律事務所の引退パートナーである。同事務所ヘルスケア産業チームの副議長として、企業法務およびコンプライアンス問題について医療クライアントに助言を提供した。彼女の業務は、合弁事業の設立、提携、医師診療所の買収・売却など、医療法の取引関連分野に重点を置いていた。 ローラは、医療詐欺・不正行為防止法や医師の自己紹介制限に関する法令遵守の観点から、取引や契約内容の分析経験を有する。多数のクライアント向けに医師採用プログラムの作成・監督を担当したほか、一般企業法務、パートナーシップ再編、診療所の解散手続き、契約交渉など、医療クライアントの代理業務も手掛けた。

Laura’s professional activities include speaking engagements on a variety of topics including the Stark Law and compliance matters. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association. She also is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association’s Health Law Section, previously serving as a member of the Section’s governing council. She also served as editor of the Wisconsin State Bar’s Health Law Wisconsin newsletter.

She has been selected by her peers for inclusion in the 2009 – 2013 editions of The Best Lawyers in America® in the area of health care law.
