Adam J. Kleinfeld



Adam Kleinfeld is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP and a member of the firm’s Fund Formation and Investment Management Practice. Adam focuses his practice on counseling asset managers, with a focus on assisting private fund sponsors with the formation of investment funds, portfolio investment activity, co-investment transactions, internal governance and regulatory compliance and other operational matters. Adam also advises institutional investors in connection with their investments in private investment funds.

Prior to joining Foley, Adam was a judicial intern for the United States District Court for the Southern District of California in San Diego, as well as a licensing intern for QUALCOMM Inc. where he prepared license agreements and managed contract compliance.
