Wayne Lueders is a partner and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP and a member of the Estate Planning Practice. He has been practicing for more than 40 years in a broad range of estate taxation matters, estate and trust administration, business ownership and succession, and valuation determinations and disputes.
