Stephanie McPhail is a litigation attorney in the Dallas office of Foley & Lardner LLP. She is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
Stephanie focuses her practice on representing clients in a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters, including cybersecurity and privacy, securities litigation, class actions, shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and intellectual property. Stephanie has experience in all aspects of litigation matters.
Stephanie was previously a summer associate with Foley. While in law school, Stephanie was a judicial extern with the 68th District Court in Dallas, Texas for Presiding Judge Martin Hoffman.
