Stephanie Pierce



Stephanie Pierce is an associate and business law attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP, where she focuses her practice on providing counsel to insurance clients.

Previously, Stephanie was an associate attorney at a prominent law firm in Kansas City, Missouri. She served as sole associate who supported the firm’s regulatory practice group, coordinated the formation and redomestication of insurance companies, worked with state insurance regulatory agencies to mitigate a wide range of market conduct issues and completed required regulatory filings for licensure and maintenance of insurance entities. Prior to that, Stephanie worked as a legal counsel for the Missouri Department of Insurance. She served as counsel for licensing of service contract and insurance licensees, market regulation, administration and human resources.

As a law student, Stephanie served as an intern for the Civil Litigation and Employment Law Unit at Colorado Attorney General’s Office. She also served as a summer law clerk for the Missouri Department of Social Services, where she provided support for Missouri’s Medicaid Program.
