Furthermore, he has experience in litigation matters representing clients on trial against acts of authority, defending their interests on international trade, customs, tariff, import quotas, and tax cases, acting inside nullity trials and constitutional claims.
In addition to his foreign trade and customs practice, Juan Antonio has provided counsel on intellectual property matters and amparo proceedings, participating in cases before minor tribunals up to Mexico´s Supreme Court of Justice.
