Associate

Chrissy Wabiszewski represents and advises businesses in an array of labor, employment, and immigration law issues at both the state and federal level. Chrissy takes a practical and client-based approach to her practice, focusing on understanding her clients’ businesses and delivering tailored services that fit their unique needs. She advises clients on day-to-day hiring, termination, and policy issues. She defends employers against allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and unfair labor practices. She represents employers in collective action wage and hour disputes. And she assists employers navigate immigration law compliance, including in the face of government audits and complex mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining the firm, Chrissy worked at an international labor and employment law firm, cutting her teeth early in her career on complicated employment law issues. Before that, Chrissy served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Rebecca G. Bradley at the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

In her free time, Chrissy volunteers at the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic, which provides free legal services to increase access to justice and legal resources for the Milwaukee community.
