Brian has over two decades of focused experience in managing the real estate aspects of transactions and projects in the energy industry, particularly wind, solar, and other renewable energy projects, as well as conventional and cogeneration energy facilities, including property interests and development rights acquisition and documentation, shared and collocated facilities structuring arrangement documentation, entitlements assessment, and project financing.
