Mikrut Jeffrey Mikrut is an associate and intellectual property lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. He has performed intellectual property work in the fields of medical devices, software, mechanical devices, telecommunications, business methods, and optics/image processing. He is a member of the firm’s Electronics Practice. Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Mikrut was an associate with Frost Brown Todd LLC. He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Virginia Kendall of the Northern District of Illinois (2010). He graduated, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame, where he studied aerospace engineering (B.S., 2007) and worked as a research assistant. He has served as subcommittee co-chair for 102/103 issues since 2011.
