Bitcoin 2024: Legal Aspects of Bitcoin Mining and Contracts

As part of the Bitcoin 2024 conference, Chanley Howell (Partner, Jacksonville) will be joining the panel Legal Aspects of Bitcoin Mining and Contracts.

The legal intricacies of bitcoin mining are greatly impact by the subtleties of contract law and risks associated with contracting, including hosting agreements, bitcoin miner and related equipment purchase agreements, revenue share agreements, and their potential risks.
