ECG Management Consultants, Inc. and Foley & Lardner LLP invite you to join us on Thursday, January 26, 2012 as we kick-off a new Web conference series that will explore the most important business and structural challenges to pediatric healthcare delivery, covering topics such as the impact of healthcare reform; compliance; information technology; research and teaching; and strategies for organization, staffing and structure. During each Pediatric Business and Healthcare Delivery Series program, leaders in the field will address these topics, with time for questions and answers, as we explore complex, and often undiscussed, efforts by pediatric providers and payors.
This first session delves into the current state of children’s healthcare, as well as the impending challenges confronting providers, such as economic, legal/regulatory, and structural challenges. We also will provide an overview of the current environment from the perspective of policy makers (National Association of Children’s Hospitals), commercial payors, and individual children’s hospitals.
