Gardere Tax Partner Fernando Camerena Cardona is scheduled to participate in a panel discussion on "Tax Controversy Gone Viral – Litigation Issues Spreading Across the Americas and Europe" at the 7th Annual U.S.-Latin America Tax Planning Strategies Conference. Mr. Camerena, a co-chair panelist, will be discussing recent court decisions from Europe, Latin America and the United States and the impact those decisions are having on planning and compliance efforts.
The two-day event will take place at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Miami.
