Vogel, chair of the firm’s internet, e-commerce and technology industry team, will present “Keep Investigations About Cyber Intrusions Confidential and Reporting Cyber Intrusions in the U.S. and Around the World” as the keynote speaker at the State Bar of Texas Paralegal Division Annual Meeting.
Cyber intrusions are targeted at every business (including law firms), and given the legal risks, it is critical that all businesses and their lawyers/paralegals be prepared. This presentation will discuss how legal professionals can assist clients after a cyber intrusion. The need for Incident Response Plans will also be discussed.
