Foley & Lardner along with Viridian Capital Advisors, a leading financial and strategic advisory firm for the cannabis/hemp industry, hosted a joint webinar for operators, investors and acquirers in the cannabis and hemp industries.
 
The webinar, entitled “Restructuring for Success,” addressed the increasing need in the cannabis and hemp sectors for restructuring services that arose with the downturn in company valuations and capital availability beginning in early 2019, and accelerated with the COVID pandemic.
