Duck offered his insight into overseas mergers and acquisitions that have resulted from the recent surge of consolidation among China’s auto parts companies. Duck added that the number of overseas M&A deals is still limited, but many Chinese auto manufacturers are keeping a close eye on the U.S. auto market.
