Foley & Lardner LLP announced today that it has ranked among the top 25 America’s Best Corporate Law Firms by Corporate Board Member magazine for the second consecutive year.
The annual list recognizes leading corporate law firms based on feedback from directors and general counsel of publicly traded companies. These companies are asked about current governance issues and the national law firms they would most likely retain to handle their corporate legal needs.
