Foley Partner Lisa Noller was quoted in InsideCounsel’s article, “The Impact of AG Holder’s Impending Resignation,” on September 26, 2014. Noller shared her insights on U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder’s tenure and his successor’s imminent role. She was quoted saying, “Expect the focus on insider trading and securities violations to continue in earnest, and more of what we have recently seen in criminal prosecutions resulting from the financial crisis and mortgage fraud…One more thing we can expect to see is continued use of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.”
