Foley & Lardner LLP advised Strait Lane Capital Partners, LLC in the sale of its portfolio company Griswold LLC, a leading manufacturer of engineered cellular rubber and microcellular polyurethane products, to Rogers Corporation, a publicly-listed, specialty engineered materials company.
Foley counseled Strait Lane, a privately held investment firm, throughout the entire lifecycle of its investment in Griswold, from the initial acquisition in October 2015 to the finalized sale on July 6, 2018. The Griswold sale marks the third portfolio company exit by Strait Lane, and its second in 2018.
