폴리 앤드 라드너 LLP는 국제적 부가가치 유통 그룹인 디플로마 PLC가 미국 및 유럽 항공우주 시장용 패스너 유통업체인 피어리스 에어로스페이스 패스너 LLC(이하 피어리스)를 약 3억 달러에 인수하는 과정에서 법률 서비스를 제공했습니다.

Founded in 1952, Peerless is one of the largest independent value-added distributors of aerospace fasteners. The company is an approved supplier to all major aerospace companies globally, primarily serving approximately 80 sub-contractors to the principal OEMs.

Diploma’s acquisition of Peerless extends its capabilities from aircraft cabin to airframe, fueling accelerated organic growth in the U.S. with an enhanced product offer and deeper penetration into key strategic markets in Europe.
