Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal advisor to Concert Golf Partners, a boutique owner-operator of upscale private golf and country clubs nationwide, in its acquisition of The Club at Pasadera.
This acquisition marks Concert Golf’s entry into the California market, expanding Concert’s portfolio to a total of 33 private clubs across the United States and representing another significant step forward in its mission to preserve and enhance premier private country clubs across the country.

The extraordinary 6,673-yard, par-71 golf course, masterfully crafted by Jack Nicklaus, carries a 73.7 course rating and a slope of 143.
