폴리, 미네소타의 건강 보험 보장을 유지하기 위해 메디카와 합의하여 UCare에 자문 제공

폴리 앤 라드너 LLP는 미네소타에 본사를 둔 비영리 의료 플랜인 메디카가 특정 UCare 계약 및 자산을 인수하는 최종 계약에서 미네소타에 기반을 둔 비영리 의료 플랜인 UCare의 법률 자문을 맡았습니다.

Individuals enrolled in UCare’s 2026 Medicaid and Individual and Family Plans will continue to receive services without interruption under the terms of the agreement. The transaction, expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.

UCare is an independent, nonprofit health plan providing health care and administrative services to more than 300,000 members throughout Minnesota and parts of western Wisconsin. UCare partners with health care providers, counties, and community organizations to create and deliver Medicare, Medicaid, and Individual and Family health plans.
