Foley & Lardner LLP partners Louis Lehot and Patrick Daugherty provided insights on crypto-asset strategy in the Corporate Counsel article, “Crypto Asset Strategy for Corporate Legal Leaders in 2026.”
In their recent Foley blog cited by Corporate Counsel, Lehot and Daugherty examine new regulations on the safe and strategic adoption of stablecoins and bitcoin.
“Digital assets are becoming a permanent layer of the global financial system,” the authors emphasized. “For CLOs and GCs, the imperative is clear: Lead the conversation, build the right frameworks, and ensure that your company’s crypto strategy is both innovative and compliant.”
