He has extensive experience in commercial law, product distribution, dealership matters, secured transactions, service contracts, power purchase agreements, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts, and capital equipment purchase and sale agreements. He is a partner in the firm’s Finance & Financial Institutions and Commercial Transactions & Business Counseling Practices and the Energy Industry Team.
