Tallie Fote is a member of the Business Law Department, as well as the Transactions Practice Group. Her experience includes asset and stock transactions.

She began at Foley as a summer associate. While in law school she served as a research assistant working on matters related to corporate governance. She was also a student associate for the University of Wisconsin Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic where she worked directly with small business owners advising them on various transactional matters, including entity choice and formation, and contractual agreements.
